The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair across commercial and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Respond to reactive maintenance call‑outs if required.
- Liaise professionally with customers and site representatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience working within HVAC, mechanical, or building services environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Desirable
- Relevant HVAC qualifications or certifications.
- F‑Gas Certification.
- Experience working within commercial or industrial environments.
- IPAF, PASMA and CSCS required certification.
- Own tools.
- MUST be able to travel around the region - Will receive paid digs.
