About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Neighbourhood Caretaker to support the maintenance, inspection and improvement of communal housing estates and neighbourhood environments across Birmingham. This is a varied, hands-on role combining estate maintenance, environmental services, minor repairs and team supervision. You will play a key role in helping maintain clean, safe and attractive neighbourhoods while supporting residents and supervising Estate Caretakers.
