Teaching Assistant

Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support teachers in delivering high-quality education across various school settings. This role involves working closely with students, providing academic and pastoral support, and assisting with classroom management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities
- Support students with their learning, including one-to-one and group work
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise students during lessons, break times, and school outings
- Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist with classroom organisation and administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable
- A passion for working with children and supporting their education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to different classroom settings
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
