What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: £12.00 per hour
- Regular Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 1 PM
- Overtime Opportunities: Available during weekend events
- Generous Holidays: 28 days, increasing to 31 days after 3 years of service

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, produce, and present a wide variety of buffet items to high standards.
- Work efficiently in abusy, high-demand environmentto meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members while also having the ability towork independentlyand use your own initiative.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Adapt to last-minute changes for event orders, ensuring smooth and successful service.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experiencein buffet production, ideally in a high-volume setting.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to take on overtime when required for weekend events.
