Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants and support them into work.
- Deliver tailored CV, job search, and interview support.
- Match candidates to suitable vacancies and submit applications.
- Build relationships with local employers and promote candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and achieve performance targets.
- Provide ongoing support to help participants sustain employment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, employability, sales, customer service, or a target-driven role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive, and results-focused.
- Confident using IT systems and managing administration.
