We’re looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our client's growing team. This role is central to raising quotations, processing sales orders and coordinating projects from order through to delivery, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys coordination, problem‑solving and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and support quotations for sales opportunities
- Process sales and purchase orders accurately
- Coordinate deliveries between suppliers, logistics teams and customers
- Support the sales team with order tracking and project administration
- Liaise with customers to provide updates and resolve queries
- Maintain project documentation and internal systems
- Assist with invoicing and resolving supplier or delivery issues
