We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Project Support Specialist within the Engineering & Projects Dept. This role involves supporting the Engineering & Projects business unit with delivering orders & contracts. The role is varied with great responsibility and requires a high level of communication & organisational skill along with a detailed understanding of co-ordination & planning activities with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Engineering & Projects Dept. with driving sales growth through the successful delivery of existing orders & contracts
- Supporting the Engineering & Projects Dept. with ensuring specific departmental processes are followed
- Supporting the Engineering & Projects Dept. with contributing to the departmental Objectives & Key Results (OKR’s)
- Co-ordinating various projects between the factory team, sales teams, the finance team & suppliers
Skills Required:
- Excellent organisational skills to manage the workload and be able to prioritise tasks within the role
- A confident communicator as the successful candidate will be liaising with most departments within the business, customers & suppliers on a daily basis
- Strong IT skills as the role will involve daily use of different platforms across the business such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AX, iSales & T-cards
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Helpful attitude to support colleagues, customers & suppliers
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 free lunch on site everyday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 with Christmas bonus and commission
