This new marketing role is central to shaping our visual identity, crafting compelling stories about our products and innovations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across all digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is confident, efficient under pressure, and skilled at managing multiple ongoing projects. They will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, drive engagement, and support wider promotional activities including events and exhibitions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Brand Presentation & Creative Content Production
- Create engaging written and visual stories that highlight igus products, applications, and customer value.
- Design digital and print materials such as high-quality graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, signage, and event giveaways.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and communicates clearly and consistently.
- Email & Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms.
- Execute email marketing campaigns including content creation, design, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor platform performance, optimise content based on insights, and report on key engagement metrics.
- Advertising & Campaign Delivery
- Develop creative assets for digital advertising, print advertising, and sponsored promotions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, well executed, and delivered on time.
- Events & Exhibitions Support
- Create event materials such as handouts, product sheets, displays, giveaways, and visual branding assets.
- Support the planning and practical execution of events, exhibitions, and industry shows.
- Act as a creative partner to ensure igus is presented professionally and attractively to both existing and potential customers.
Skills Required:
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Strong design capabilities for both print and high-resolution digital content.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices (e.g., segmentation, scheduling, performance analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, consistency, and storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative marketing environment.
