We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team based at our newly branded Startin Nissan Worcester Motor Trade Dealership.

The ideal candidate will

  • Have strong communication skills
  • Have expereince in a customer facing service role
  • Have a basic technical understanding is desirable but not essential
  • Have a full UK driving licence

Main responsibilities and Day to day duties

  • Checking customers and their vehicles in & out each day
  • Handling enquiries from customers
  • Communicating with customers in person and over the phone
  • Advising customers on the maintenance and servicing of their vehicles
  • Acting as liaison between customers and mechanics and explaining which repairs have been advised
  • Offering customers additional products and services
  • Administrative duties such as updating client accounts
  • Explaining the estimated time and cost of the vehicle service and any necessary repairs
