We're recruiting for an experienced Transport Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in St Neots.

The Role
- Supervise the day-to-day transport operation
- Support route planning and driver scheduling
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of drivers
- Ensure compliance with Drivers' Hours, WTD and Operator Licence requirements
- Monitor vehicle utilisation and delivery performance
- Liaise with customers, drivers and the warehouse to ensure service levels are achieved
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
- Promote a positive health & safety culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a transport or logistics supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transport environment
- Experience within a pallet network operation is highly desirable
- National CPC qualification desirable but not essential
- Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems
