Office Administrator Location: Bishop Auckland Salary: £14.80 - £15.60 per hour (DOE) Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Employment: Temp to Perm Key Responsibilities * Process customer orders within the MRP system * Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MOs) * Check and allocate stock against orders * Coordinate picking, dispatch, and delivery documentation * Generate delivery notes and invoices * Transfer invoice data from MRP to Xero * Input supplier invoices and support purchase ledger activities * Create purchase orders and manage raw material bookings * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Track stock and raw materials * Support reporting from MRP and Xero * Coordinate UK and international freight * Maintain training records and compliance documentation * Provide general administrative and office support * Support the Factory Manager with day-to-day tasks * Assist with MRP system improvements Skills & Experience * Previous admin, purchasing, or sales support experience * Experience using MRP systems (essential) * Experience with Xero or similar software * Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) * Excellent attention to detail * Strong organisation and time management * Good communication skills * Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines * Proactive and self-motivated Benefits * Competitive hourly rate * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Stable hours and early finish structure * Opportunity to develop within a growing business #J-18808-Ljbffr
