Location: Newton Aycliffe

Salary: £12.71 - £15.60 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a busy and growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied, fast-paced role with a strong focus on administrative support and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Inputting orders onto Sage
  • Creating pick sheets
  • Processing general paperwork
  • Organising and booking transport
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations

Skills & Experience

  • Strong IT skills – essential (this is a heavily computer-based role)
  • Experience using Sage or similar systems is desirable
  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
