Our client is a well-established and growing national specialist within the Industrial Refrigeration sector, renowned for delivering high-quality service, maintenance and project solutions across a wide range of industrial and commercial customers. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Maintenance Manager to lead their South East engineering team.
The Role
Based from the Ashford area, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Service Engineers across the South East, ensuring planned preventative maintenance and reactive service activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting engineers, driving operational performance, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of five Industrial Refrigeration Engineers.
- Manage engineer performance, productivity and utilisation.
- Support the planning and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
