We are looking for a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring production equipment runs efficiently with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, professional multi-skilled (electro-mechanical) engineering service
- Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance on production lines and site equipment
- Ensure machinery operates to required performance, quality, and safety standards
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and restore line availability quickly
- Communicate effectively with Engineering and Production teams regarding downtime and issues
- Support and execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes
- Accurately record maintenance activities and resolutions in shift logs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring equipment is production-ready
- Work collaboratively with Production and Quality teams
- Assist in training operators to improve machine setting and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Multi-skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement
- Willingness to work 12-hour day and night shifts
