Our client is a successful and growing business looking for a proactive Customer Account Manager to join their Bristol team. You will manage existing B2B customer relationships, handle enquiries, process orders, provide product support and identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Sales or Account Management.
  • Strong telephone and email communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good attention to detail and organisation.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.

Industry experience is advantageous but full training will be provided.

What's on offer:

  • £29,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
  • Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
