We're seeking a hands-on Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our Professional Division supply chain operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an operationally focused supply chain professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and driving performance across planning, inventory, logistics, customer service and supplier management.

This is not a desk-based planning role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the detail, challenging issues, improving visibility and ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service.

The Role

  • You'll lead a small team consisting of a Demand Planner, Customer Services Supervisor and two Customer Service Representatives, while working closely with logistics, compliance and external service providers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end supply chain performance
  • Inventory, demand and supply planning oversight
  • Supplier, warehouse, carrier and 3PL management
  • Driving service levels whilst controlling costs
  • Managing supply chain escalations and operational issues
  • Improving processes, visibility and accountability across the function
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

You'll have experience within FMCG, B2B Distribution, Healthcare, Facilities, Janitorial, Cleaning Products or similar product-led environments and possess a strong understanding of:

  • Supply & Demand Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Warehousing & Logistics
  • Customer Service Operations
  • Supplier & 3PL Management
  • SAP, IBP, MRP and Excel

You'll be practical, organised, commercially aware and confident driving action and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
