About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced UPVC Window & Door Assembler/Fabricator to join our production team. You’ll be responsible for manufacturing high-quality UPVC windows, doors and frames using a range of tools, machinery and technical drawings. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy hands-on work and want a stable role in a growing manufacturing environment, this is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate UPVC windows, doors and frames to specification using Fenestration
  • Operate saws, welders, routers, corner cleaners and hand tools
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
  • Assemble hardware including hinges, locks, gaskets and beading
  • Carry out quality checks throughout the build process
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area
  • Work to daily production targets
  • Report defects, shortages or machine issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in UPVC fabrication or similar manufacturing work
  • Confident using hand tools, power tools and fabrication machinery
  • Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Aluminium fabrication experience
  • Glazing or hardware fitting experience
  • CNC experience
  • FLT licence
