Join a well-established manufacturing business with long-term career opportunities. We’re recruiting an experienced Sheet Metal Operative / CNC Operator / Fabricator to support our growing production team.
The Role
- Setting and operating CNC machinery, press brakes and punch machines
- Producing high-quality sheet metal components to precise specifications
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Maintaining Health & Safety, quality checks, and 6S standards
- Supporting production targets and assisting team development
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Sheet Metal Worker, CNC Machinist, Fabricator, or Press Brake Operator
- Ability to read engineering/technical drawings
- Good understanding of manufacturing, quality control and H&S
- IT literate, GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
Desirable: Trumpf, Salvagnini, Safan or Emergi machine experience; Lean tools (5Y, A3, 8D); SAP.
