A UK Manufacturer of renewable heating products is seeking a Senior Scheduler/Lead Planner to undertake the planning of service calls whilst supporting the development and growth of the customer service and planning team.

The Role

  • Managing incoming service enquiries and reported faults
  • Booking and coordinating engineers and site visits
  • Liaising with customers and arranging site access
  • Managing warranty claims and service jobs
  • Collaborating engineer reports, supporting documentation
  • Arranging parts and deliveries to site
  • Raising and managing purchase orders
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the process
  • Helping develop and improve service processes as the team grows

Your Experience

  • Previous experience in Engineer Scheduling, Service Call Planning, Service Coordination, FM & Facilities Management or Technical Customer Service would be an advantage
  • Highly organised
  • Capable of booking and managing multiple service calls
  • Confident communicating with customers, engineers and contractors via phone and email
  • Good at chasing things and getting jobs completed
  • Calm under pressure and able to prioritise
  • Able to ensure calls and jobs are completed, including chasing internal and external team members
  • Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office
  • Professional, friendly and approachable
  • Seeking a position with growth and the chance to build a team

Hours & Remuneration

  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Basic salary up to circa £35,000 on experience
  • 33 days holiday
