Start Monday is proud to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 2-bed children's residential home in Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job - it's a chance to shape a home from the very beginning, build a strong culture, and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can truly thrive. The Role
- Lead the setup and registration of the home with Ofsted
- Recruit, develop, and inspire your own staff team
- Create a warm, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
- Ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance
- Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and external agencies
- Drive excellent outcomes for children and young people
What We're Looking For
- Experienced within children's residential care
- Either an existing Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for young people
- Confident leading teams and developing staff
- Knowledgeable around Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Holding (or working towards) Level 5 in Leadership & Management
