The Role
As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and occasionally installing a wide range of commercial catering equipment for customers across the hospitality sector.
Equipment includes (but is not limited to)
- Combi Ovens
- Dishwashers & Glasswashers
- Fryers
- Griddles
- Bracket Pans
- Salamanders
- Chargrills
- Other commercial kitchen equipment
You will also receive ongoing manufacturer training on additional product ranges to further develop your technical skills.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- CCN1 & CCCN1
- Current Gas Safe registration (Natural Gas & LPG)
- Commercial catering equipment service and repair experience
- Experience working on Rational SCC and i Combi Pro ovens (gas and electric)
- Experience servicing wash‑washing equipment
- Electrical fault‑finding experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition, NVQ, City & Guilds or HNC would be highly advantageous.
Desirable
- COMCAT 4
- F‑Gas / HVAC‑R experience
- Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 4:00pm (30‑minute unpaid lunch)
- On‑call rota of 1 week in 5
