Are you a Domestic Gas Engineer, Commercial Gas Engineer, Industrial Gas Engineer, HVAC Engineer or Combustion Engineer looking for an office-based role?

The Role:

They are seeking a Gas Technical Advisor to join their team of Gas Engineer Technical Advisors, who work on a hybrid basis from their Brentwood Essex offices and from home.

You will provide technical support on their range of Commercial Boilers & Heat Pumps to engineers, installers, consultants, and third parties predominantly over the phone.

Your Experience:

A customer-focused Gas Engineer, HVAC Engineer, or Combustion Engineer, you will have knowledge & understanding of Commercial Boiler plant fault-finding and commissioning.

You will be capable of interpreting and understanding technical data and drawings, a confident communicator, comfortable dealing with others by phone & email, together with basic computer skills and the ability to work on your own initiative in a busy environment.

Full product training will be provided to those who have Commercial Gas or Domestic Gas experience.

Working Hours & Environment:

• Hybrid working – office based in Brentwood 3 days a week
• Hours 9am to 5pm (with flexible hours option of early or late start)
• Working in a team of four

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Negotiable salary circa 38-45k
