The UK's leading supplier of Commercial Carwash & drive through vehicle wash equipment is seeking a Field Engineer, Service Engineer, or Electrical Engineer with Electrical Faultfinding experience in the following area: 1x Dundee/Aberdeen. FULL PRODUCT TRAINING PROVIDED IF YOU CAN FAULT-FIND USING A MULTI-METER.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • You may be a Service Engineer, Field Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Technician, Electrical improver, Electrician or Fitter with Electrical experience.
  • You can use your experience to find & trace electrical faults using a meter.
  • Hold a UK Driving Licence.
  • Any 3-Phase knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential.

THE JOB:

Based from home with a fully stocked van, you will visit client sites which include fuel retailer forecourts, and undertake planned maintenance & repair of the company's equipment. If you are the kind of Electrical Engineer, Electrical Improver or Maintenance Technician who enjoys the challenge of learning something new, then this role may suit!

With suitable training, you will be fault finding on motors, switches, hydraulics & pneumatics, cash payment systems, pumps, etc.

WORKING HOURS:

  • Monday to Friday (45hrs) + You are Paid Travel door to door.
  • There is flexibility on start/finish times to suit you.
  • 1 Weekend per month (Sat & Sun).
  • Overtime & paid travel at x1.5 or x2.

SALARY:

£32,500 rising to £36,500 after probation + Bonus to £4800 pa + Paid Travel Door to Door + Overtime. Average Earnings £40-46k+ Monday to Friday including 1 in 4 weekends. Company Van with fuel card etc + private use. 30 days rising to 33 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays). Health care plan. Perks scheme includes discounted shopping, etc. Uniform, tools, PDA/mobile phone, pension.
