We are working with one of the UK’s largest independent Coffee Machine specialists, whose clients include pub groups, restaurant chains, fuel retailers & coffee machine manufacturers. They are seeking Senior Coffee Engineers or Lead Coffee Engineers within a number of areas, to support their Coffee Engineer team.
The Position
Based from home and working within a region, you will support your Coffee Engineer colleagues within the field, whilst supporting the Regional Service Manager. You will be hands on two days a week on average, with three days a week focused on identifying & delivering training within the team, coaching & supporting your colleagues, dealing with product & customer escalations, etc. This is the chance to progress within your career as a Coffee Engineer, as a stepping stone into field management.
Your Experience
- An experienced Coffee Engineer – with knowledge & experience of both bean to cup & traditional machines
- A great communicator, able to support both colleagues & customers
- Happy presenting to internal & external stakeholders
- Full UK Driving Licence

Remuneration Package
Circa negotiable £40-45k + London Weighting Salary + Monthly bonus scheme + company benefits + company van + fuel card + tools + smart phone + tablet + optional weekend overtime.

- 2 weekend days per month
- Additional payments for additional Saturday or Sunday working
