To join a growing Heat Pump & Renewables Manufacturer, who are seeking a Lead Technical Engineer with strong Heat Pump knowledge & experience. Reporting to the Technical Operations Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturer who can offer development & real career progression, with the chance to carve out your own role.

You will be able to step into a technical lead role, supporting the launch of new products & a new training facility. This can include providing technical support to installers/specifiers, identifying areas of product development or technical issues and escalating accordingly.

Your Experience:

  • You will have an in depth knowledge of Heat Pumps & ASHP systems, including fault finding, commissioning, etc.
  • Controls experience & knowledge
  • Knowledge of system design
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Open to shaping a new role and contributing to product growth strategy

Package:

  • Monday to Friday, office based with option to work hybrid after qualifying period
  • Salary on experience anything negotiable from £50k+
  • Car or car allowance
  • Bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday + stats
