Regional Field Service Manager for the South London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire region.
Our client is a European Manufacturer of commercial appliances, found in clients across a number of sectors including leisure, hotels, educational, medical, local authority, and office buildings. Growth of the service division and continued development has resulted in the need for a Regional Service Manager to join the team, focused on the South London and Southern Counties area.
The Role
The Regional Service Manager will mentor, support, coach, and performance manage a team of circa 12 Field Engineers & Installation Engineers, who have different levels of skills and experience. You will be working alongside four other Service Managers, supporting a variety of customers across all market sectors with a revenue value of approximately £12M. Based within the field on average three days a week, you will actively manage and develop your team, focused on the improvement of KPI’s, customer excellence, ongoing training, performance, and coaching.
Your Experience
- Field Service Manager experience (experience of managing a team of field engineers)
- Previous hands-on field engineer demonstrable experience
- Electrical knowledge (single & three phase)
- Experience of managing remotely based field engineers & client-facing skills
- Performance management
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Computer literate
- Full UK Driving Licence
Remuneration package includes
- Competitive Salary (circa £55,000)
