East London NEW Restaurant & Bar! The Street Style Kitchen and Bar will offer a fresh and modern street food dining experience. Nestled in a brand-new, casual, contemporary space, this venue has been designed to make the most of its unique waterfront location in East London. As part of these exciting expansion plans, my client is recruiting a brand new dedicated team.
Overall Purpose of the Junior Sous Chef role: As the Junior Sous Chef, you will prepare, cook, and present food to the highest standards in a clean and pleasant environment. You will deputise for the Sous Chef in their absence and work in a dynamic kitchen, collaborating with a dedicated team of culinary professionals. Hours of work will be determined by the needs of the business and subject to the Working Time Directive and any Workforce agreement that is in place. This role will involve evening and weekend working. My client ensures that you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package along with a salary of up to £36,000.
