Are you an experienced Heat Pump, Air Conditioning Engineer with fault-finding experience? One of the UK’s leading manufacturers of Domestic & Commercial technologies, which covers everything from boilers to renewables, is seeking a Heat Pump Engineer & a Refrigeration Engineer for their dedicated Renewables division. With a multi-million-pound investment within Heat Pump & renewable technology and a state-of-the-art training facility, they are looking for dedicated Heat Pump Engineers to provide outstanding service as the business continues to expand its renewable product portfolio.
The Role
As a dedicated Heat Pump & Renewables Engineer covering a region, your current technical knowledge & further training will ensure you are equipped to be an ambassador for the business, building and maintaining relationships with external and internal customers. This will include undertaking on-site warranty calls & support on the ASHP range, as well as meeting & training installers and providing technical support to internal & external stakeholders.
Your Experience
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Heat Pump (ASHP) Fault Finding, Service & Repair practical experience (2+ yrs.)
- Central heating system knowledge
- Demonstrable diagnostic skills
- Electrical fault finding and component testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Qualifications
Essential:
- NVQ/C&G in Plumbing/Heating OR NVQ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Unvented (G3)
Desirable (or training provided):
- F-Gas cat 1 qualified
- BPEC Heat Pump Qualification
- Part L, Energy Efficiency
- 18th Edition wiring regulations
- Water Regulations
Hours & Remuneration
Monday to Friday £48,000 package based on the following: Salary negotiable on experience - circa £41,470 basic, Bonus circa £6k, Lunch Allowance £1k, Company van, 33 days holiday.
