We are Worcester Bosch, a recognised and award-winning manufacturer of high efficiency heating and hot water systems, developing the next generation heating products, including solar heating, heat pumps and intelligent control systems that use renewable energy for sustainable low carbon heating solutions.
The role is to join our Domestic Heating After Sales Team as a customer-focused Gas Engineer, providing world-class support to our customers by servicing, fault-finding and repairing Worcester Bosch heating products within an assigned area. Based from home and residing within the listed postcode area, you will use your boiler fault-finding experience to achieve a high level of first-time fix and deliver excellent customer care.
Your Experience
- You will be a self-motivated, organised Gas Engineer with boiler fault-finding skills and a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
- Boiler fault-finding & repair experience (not necessarily on the Worcester product range, though this could be an advantage).
- ACS Certification – ACS Core Gas Safety & Boilers (CCN1 and CEN1).
- Experience using test equipment, including Electrical Multi-Meter and Combustion Gas analyser.
- Ability to engage with customers and communicate effectively and confidentially.
- Positive attitude, integrity, reliability and ability to work on your own initiative.
- Diligent and consistent approach to safeguarding Health & Safety for yourself and others.
- Basic IT skills.
- Full UK driving Licence – essential.

Reward
Our Field Engineers work Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis. We support work-life balance with no callouts and no Sunday working. The remuneration package includes:
- £48,784 package (based on).
- Basic salary of £42,000.
- London allowance of £4,100.
- Lunch Allowance of circa £684.
- Company Bonus of circa £1,500–£2,000.
- Company Vehicle – Private use fully expensed option.
- Pension scheme up to 8%.
