As a Robot Technician at our Milton Keynes hub, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the health of our global fleet of robots. Please note that this is a full-time permanent position located in Milton Keynes, and requires eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driver's license.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Maintaining the health of our global fleet of robots.
- Carrying out maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and infrastructure.
- Creating and maintaining internal and partner documentation.
- Supporting operational tasks and field rescues.
- Working with engineers to improve robots' health and design.
- Maintaining hub-based warehouse and regular inventories.
- Conducting root cause analysis.
