We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Assistant to join a dynamic design agency in the centre of Leeds. You’ll help keep the workspace running smoothly by handling admin tasks, coordinating schedules and supporting the teams across operations, client services, production and creative.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the HR and Office manager in all aspects of the role
- Great clients and visitors and maintain a welcoming environment
- Help with travel arrangements
- Organise meeting room bookings and day to day operations
- Support with internal and external events
- Maintain HR admin systems
