We're seeking a Print
Technical Service Manager to lead their technical services function across print, mailing, fulfilment and production.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving technical processes and supporting the delivery of high-quality customer solutions.
The Role
You'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of technical services, ensuring production systems, mailing solutions and workflows operate efficiently while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Working closely with production, creative, account management and sales teams, you'll provide technical expertise on complex projects, support new business opportunities and help deliver outstanding service to clients.
You'll also be instrumental in researching and implementing new technologies, automation and process improvements, helping the business remain at the forefront of the industry.
About You
- Experience within print, mailing, fulfilment or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital workflows, data processing, variable data printing and postal compliance.
- Experience managing technical projects and driving process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to provide technical support to commercial and sales teams.
- A proactive approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Quadient software would be advantageous but is not essential.
