Leeds - Flexible Hybrid

We’re working with a fab agency that’s growing fast and producing standout work for some of the biggest names in retail. They’re looking for a Senior Creative/Lead to take the reins on bold, concept-led campaigns across brand, content, stills, motion, and design.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, pushing boundaries while staying true to the brand
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and wider teams championing creativity, consistency, and strategic thinking
  • Support and develop a high-performing creative team

What we’re looking for:

  • You’re a big-idea thinker who’s hands-on with execution
  • You’ve led teams and mentored creatives
  • You bring purpose, sustainability, and storytelling into every campaign
  • You’ll have an impressive portfolio with big brand, fashion, sport, or outdoor work
  • AGENCY experience, retail and experiential design is ESSENTIAL for this role
  • Experience delivering standout retail campaigns
  • Confident communicator and natural team leader
