Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for collaboration and a drive to deliver outstanding results? We’re working with an innovative Integrated Communications Agency who specialise in creative strategy, design, artwork, brand experience, print production and mailing services as well as digital solutions and distribution. We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team and help drive impactful client relationships and project success.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager in the Client Services team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for fostering strong relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, on time and within budget. You’ll be involved in everything from initial planning and strategy through to implementation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Oversee project management, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and scheduled completion of projects.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and development with existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records, including project timelines, budgets, and client communications, ensuring everything is documented and up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within the printing industry.
- A strong understanding of print, creative services, and mailing solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for account growth and expand service offerings.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and management information tools.
Contract Details:
- Permanent position – Monday to Friday, on-site in Leeds.
