Account Manager - Comms Agency

We’re working with a fantastic communications agency in York who are looking for an agency-experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Executive ready to take the next step.

It’s a really varied client services role, working across a range of sectors and delivering multi-channel communications including events, social, design and literature, CRM and email marketing.

You’ll be the day-to-day contact for your clients – getting to know their businesses, understanding what they need and working with the wider agency team to bring projects and campaigns to life.

You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience within a communications, marketing or integrated agency, working in an account handling/client services role.

You could already be an Account Manager, or an experienced Account Executive/Senior Account Executive ready to make the next step.

You’ll be used to taking client briefs, managing projects and campaigns, coordinating internal teams and building strong day-to-day client relationships.

You don’t need experience across every channel – what’s more important is that you understand how an agency works, enjoy building client relationships and are comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.

The team are primarily office-based in York, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week once you’re settled in.
