Trading Area & Facilities

Internally, the pub is a two-room trading operation, perfect for dedicating space to both drinking and dining. The pub is in good order internally but will require some TLC from its next operator. There is a small catering kitchen. Externally, the pub has a large beer garden complete with an outdoor bar.

Spacious Community Local

The Pheasant Inn is located in a busy residential area, within walking distance of the local football ground. This is a spacious community pub that is split into two distinct trading areas. Currently, one area of the pub is dedicated to live sports and pub games while the other is a traditional tap room. In addition to this, the pub has a large beer garden, complete with its own bar, and a car park.

The next operator should maintain and build on the pub's well-established drinks trade. There is an opportunity to build on the pub's current food offer, a Sunday carvery, with a simple daily menu.

Community Focused Operator Wanted

We are keen to partner with an operator who is focused on delivering a special pub experience for their community. If you are local to the area and are as passionate about pubs as we are, apply now to find out more about this opportunity.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
