Trading Area & Facilities
Internally this is a one bar operation with a large L shaped trading area. The bar can cater up to 65 covers. Externally, there is a beer patio to the side and ample street parking.
Located in a Prominent Position
Major refurbishment recently completed, the Courthouse is a pretty Mock Tudor pub located on the edge of Rugby town centre. The outlet enjoys a prominent position on the town's main shopping street and the council offices, Clock Tower shopping centre and Caldecott Park are opposite. The town is also expanding due to recent development.
The local demographics feature a high proportion of families with solid incomes and active retirees, both groups being key markets for the pub once the refurbishment is complete.
The works to the pub have completely enhanced the overall kerb appeal, including a new signage and lighting scheme and to the rear of the pub the outdoor trade area has been tidied up and new seating has been put in place. Internally the works have included a full refresh of the trading areas, new flooring and fixtures and a casual dining space has been created throughout the trading area. This makes the pub more accessible and allows for a more focused food offering.
Customer Service Focused Operator Needed
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lessee or hospitality professional with a focus on high standards and customer service.
