All aspects of the current Hare & Hounds will be transformed into the most stylish, unique venue in Kidderminster. The trading areas will consist of a bar servery, a bar snug, dining area and pool area including TVs. All of this will be refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchen area will be upgraded to support the fantastic food offer for 60 covers. Outside, the existing sun terrace will undergo an extensive renovation, increasing the number of covers and providing an area customers can enjoy in the summer months, making this the ‘go-to’ place in the area. There is also a large car park that can hold up to 20 cars for passing trade.

It benefits from a fantastic pool of customers, 5,000 adults living within walking distance, along with an additional 60,000 living within a 10-minute drive time. This exciting refurbishment will transform this pub and reposition it as a contemporary and popular community pub in Kidderminster. Extensive interior works, along with a rebranded signage scheme and transformed drinking terrace will convert this forgotten space into a quality community pub. This, combined with a brand-new kitchen to support an exciting food offer and a wide range of wines, spirits, ciders and beers will attract a wealth of new customers.
