Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide high -quality mental health care to service users across our client sites.

The RMN will work closely with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and person -centred care in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high -quality, person -centred mental health nursing care.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor service users' mental and physical wellbeing and respond to changes.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with clinical governance standards.
  • Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide emotional support and promote recovery and independence.
  • Participate in training, supervision, and continuous professional development.
  • Uphold service user confidentiality, dignity, and respect at all times.

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
  • Relevant nursing degree or diploma.
  • Up -to -date knowledge of mental health nursing practice, care standards, and clinical procedures.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks (DBS).
