Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients across our client sites. The RGN will work closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessments, care planning, and medication administration
  • Monitor patient health, record observations, and respond promptly to changes
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Support patients with daily living activities and promote independence
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinical governance standards
  • Follow infection control procedures and health & safety guidelines
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families
  • Participate in training, supervision, and professional development
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity at all times
Qualifications
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
  • Relevant nursing degree or diploma
  • Up-to-date knowledge of nursing practice, care standards, and clinical procedures
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to undergo background checks (DBS)
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1–2 years post-registration experience (care homes, hospitals, or community settings preferred)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
