The Role
We’re looking for a talented, passionate, smart, resourceful, highly motivated sales professional to support our momentum and expansion in the EMEA student accommodation & PBSA market. If you love sales and have a passion for the student property management market — from new lead generation to closure — we want to connect with you! We are searching for talented tech-loving team players who want to positively impact millions of residents' lives. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue goals within assigned territory. From initial lead generation through product demonstration, relationship development, closure, and ongoing account management, you will have complete ownership of the planning and execution of new business.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: Remote (UK)
- Travel: 25% (The percentage of travel is an estimation and could vary based on business needs.)
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Sales, New Business.
What You Will Own
- Manage assigned EMEA territory to achieve new customer acquisitions
- Account management of new customer acquisitions until they’ve completed implementation
- Lead and manage tendering, RFP, and formal bid processes, including coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive submissions
- Outbound prospecting and market coverage via email, phone, social, and other mediums as required
- Manage and develop prospect and existing account pipeline from initial lead to deal closure
- Provide market insight and customer requirements to better position existing solutions both online and in person
- Provide feedback for new product development and future evolution
- Build long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and industry leaders
- Leverage infrastructure tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ChatGPT, & Zoom, as well as collaboration tools such as Slack & SharePoint, and social tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to build market/prospect data for effective data analytics and market insight
- Assist in creating and updating sales and marketing materials for web, print, and demonstration purposes
- Manage and develop effective partner relationships as needed

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in experience in student accommodation, student property management, and/or multi-family property markets a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in presenting and leading meetings with a range of stakeholders, including multiple levels of management and decision makers
- Drive to create and execute on tactical and strategic initiatives
- Strong team orientation to help achieve individual as well as team goals
- Proven skills in developing new customer, prospect, and partner relationships
- Exercise professional judgment regarding issues management, and utilize effective problem analysis and resolution techniques
- Able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure and with time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Ability to set, manage, and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS Software sales experience
- Strong outbound sales and existing account management skills
- Experience selling into Universities, PBSAs, or staff accommodation operations within the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of software licensing contracts, terms, conditions, pricing, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to successfully build rapport with stakeholders
- Able to maintain a high level of productivity
- Ability to prioritize tasks and set, manage, and meet deadlines
