  • Previous experience in a consultancy firm.
  • Robust knowledge of the UK and/or EU regulatory landscape, including areas such as prudential regulation, operational risk and resilience, ESG, or conduct frameworks.
  • Experience working on or supporting initiatives related to ICAAP/ICARA, Basel frameworks, MIFIDPRU, MAR, or regulatory reporting (e.g., CoRep, FinRep, Solvency II).
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory concepts (e.g., VaR, RWA, FRTB) and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Exposure to third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks or experience supporting clients in designing or improving TPRM operating models.
  • Skills in business analysis, regulatory change, or project delivery within a risk or compliance setting, including involvement across the full regulatory transformation lifecycle, from impact assessment to implementation.
  • Naturally inquisitive, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree educated or equivalent, with relevant certifications (e.g., ICA, PRMIA, or project delivery frameworks such as Agile or Prince2) an advantage.
