The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Key to the role will be contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of Canopius’ Organisational Resilience framework, ensuring a consistent approach and execution across all functions and relevant locations.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Support and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including but not limited to MAS BCM Guidelines and UK Operational Resilience.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Business Continuity Framework, including the annual BIA review process and Business Continuity Plan creation.
  • Maintain and test the Group Emergency Notification system.
  • Ensure the Organisational Resilience SharePoint and Intranet site are up to date and fit for purpose.
  • Support incident coordination, including root cause analysis, impact assessment, and identifying risks/vulnerabilities with remediation plans.
  • Work with SMEs to address vulnerabilities in processes, designing and documenting workarounds to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in creating and delivering Canopius’ annual Resilience testing plan, including exercise preparation, delivery, report writing, and lessons learned tracking.
  • Generate and maintain organisational resilience documentation for reporting to Boards and regulators.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to review third-party contracts for resilience requirements.
  • Work with Procurement to create and test Exit Strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders to embed resilience culture across the firm.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
