We have an opportunity for an Operational Resilience Analyst to join our Risk department at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting to the Operational Resilience Manager, you will support the team in managing Operational Resilience and ensuring compliance with regulatory responsibilities, including local regulations such as the MAS Business Continuity Management (BCM) Guidelines in Singapore.

The role includes responsibilities such as:

  • Maintaining the Operational Resilience Framework and supporting documents.
  • Producing draft reports for internal and external audiences, including the Board and Risk Committees.
  • Supporting the annual testing cycle, including planning, executing, and documenting tests.
  • Tracking and remediating actions, risks, issues, and vulnerabilities.
  • Promoting understanding of Operational Resilience throughout the organization via engagement, queries, and training.
  • Facilitating incident management, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and risk identification.
  • Building relationships with key functions, Service Owners, and Resilience Champions.
  • Liaising with Service Owners on Impact Tolerances and Important Business Services.
  • Collaborating with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery teams for testing and incident response.
  • Working with support functions like Procurement, Information Security, Business Change, and IT.
  • Partnering with the Risk Management team on Operational Risk and Resilience matters.
  • Staying updated on regulatory, market, or internal changes and supporting related enhancements.

Candidates should have a degree or demonstrable work experience, with strong communication skills. Knowledge of insurance, Lloyd’s, and Operational Resilience regulations is desirable. The ideal candidate is motivated, analytical, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
