We have an opportunity for a IT Change & Transition Analyst to join our IT department on a 6-month fixed-term contract at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting to the Change & Configuration Manager, you will facilitate and support the delivery of changes to TMK\’s IT Infrastructure and Services, as well as the transition of new or amended services into BAU support, in compliance with established processes and procedures. The role also involves end-to-end coordination and administration of change and transition activities, ensuring all changes meet the necessary standards and transition activities are completed and signed off before go-live. The responsibilities include: Reviewing Requests for Change (RFC) to ensure records are complete, accurate, and properly authorized, maintaining high data quality Communicating change status with the business and IT teams throughout the change lifecycle Preparing for, participating in, and documenting Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings Coordinating changes across all environments for BAU, project, and initiative changes Supporting Release Management processes in collaboration with application development and DevOps teams Managing communications related to the Forward Schedule of Change (FSoC) Participating in Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and documenting actions for failed changes Preparing and submitting quarterly JSoX compliance reports Identifying process improvement opportunities and owning actions as part of a continual service improvement (CSI) cycle The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT change and transition governance, project management processes, and an understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle. A high-level knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as LAN, WAN, servers, storage, Virtual Desktop, and cloud services is also desirable.
