The role
As part of the Product Communications and Reporting team, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by transforming complex investment information into clear, engaging, and accessible reporting. You will be supporting our ambition to deliver high quality, customer focused fund and solution communications.
You will lead the development of new investment reporting and enhance existing reporting, including both small scale updates and larger regulatory or propositional change initiatives as well as supporting the implementation of reporting changes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
You will deliver a suite of customer facing investment materials such as fund factsheets, infographics, and performance reports, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet customer needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of investments and investment propositions for the UK pensions industry
- Practical experience of creation and change of customer facing investment reporting
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information, ideas and plans to stakeholders
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally and at all levels of the organisation
- Ideally understand the application of Behavioural Science when creating investment reporting
