Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for school leavers to join our Graduate Apprenticeship programme in Glasgow. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will have acquired an Honours degree in Accountancy and Finance from Robert Gordon University and professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant with ICAS. On top of that, you will have gained 5 years of invaluable experience working in a finance team for a global top-three insurance broker, with the guarantee of a full-time position.

Your Role
At our Global Accounting Centre, we have over 300 team members servicing a global business. From day one at Gallagher, you\'ll be part of our experienced finance team, receiving full support from your team members. You\'ll develop deep accounting knowledge in a supportive and structured environment, gaining valuable real-world experience.
During the five-year programme, you\'ll have the opportunity to work in various finance teams, giving you a comprehensive understanding of how finance operates at Gallagher. Your responsibilities will include producing and reporting accurate financial results, preparing accounting and finance entries, and providing support to resolve issues as they arise. Each experience will contribute to your understanding of Gallagher\'s policies, governance, and processes.
You\'ll also have the chance to apply the knowledge and skills you acquire at university to tasks and projects in your day-to-day work.
