Role Purpose
To support the Bordereaux Management Coordinator with chasing of Bordereaux for Delegated Authority arrangements, uploading to and reporting from relevant Bordereaux Management systems.
Responsibilities :
- Support the Bordereaux Management Coordinator in delivering company-wide operational initiatives, process improvements and reporting.
- Ensure timely bordereaux uploads to Delegated Data Manager system and amend data discrepancies accordingly
- Contact Coverholders for overdue or incomplete Bordereaux.
- Contact Stakeholders within company for sign-off of contracts and Bordereaux in Binder management system.
- Support BMC with reporting for Binder and Lineslip Review meetings
- Assist Credit Control team with Bordereaux Status reporting
- Assist Underwriting Performance and Controls (UPAC) team with operational requests and spot checks
- Be a point of contact for all key stakeholders and ensure appropriate processes, procedures and reporting are updated on agreed basis
- Attend internal groups and committees and address operational concerns and assist with initiatives.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational matters for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing and analysing Management Information (MI) for Bordereaux Management.
- Attendance at relevant internal, and external, groups and committees.
- Immediately report any suspicion of financial crime to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
- Manage any potential conflicts of interest to avoid disrepute to the company’s integrity.
- Immediately advise Compliance of any complaints.
- Operate within the Company’s standards for Conduct Risk Framework.
This is a perfect role for someone with 1-2 years’ Delegated Authority/Coverholder experience.
