Building Regulations Advisor (Technical Lead) My Client a Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking a Technical Lead in the Birmingham area, Birmingham to play a key role to provide technical guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with business and building safety standards.
You ll enjoy a hybrid working model with time split between the office, home, and occasionally, on projects with our site teams.
This is an opportunity to work on a wide range of construction projects which regularly include non-standard buildings and on occasion higher risk buildings (HRBs).
You ll be expected to draw on your strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive technical understanding of building regulations guiding teams, ensuring compliance.
Projects range from 10m- 150m+ across the following sectors: Residential, Leisure, Blue Light, Commercial, Healthcare, and Education.
