Starling Bank is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the 2Lo D within Risk & Compliance.
You will report to the Head of Conduct and Compliance Advice, guiding regulatory compliance, offering independent oversight to the 1Lo D, and shaping conduct risk frameworks across all Starling products and services.
You will manage three direct reports, drive timely regulatory advice, and ensure customer outcomes align with regulatory expectations.
